      We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure seamless logistical coordination and respect the availability of our therapists, we operate under the following terms: 

1. Cancellation with Notice: You may cancel your appointment with a maximum of 3 hours' notice. In this case, a refund of 93% of the amount paid will be issued. The remaining 7% will be retained to cover platform operational costs and administrative expenses.

2. Rescheduling: You may request to change the time of your appointment at no additional cost, provided notice is given at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.

3. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel with less than 3 hours' notice or fail to show up for the appointment, 100% of the amount paid will be retained to compensate our professional therapists for the dedicated time slot and the logistics deployed for your service. 

4. Punctuality & Delayed Arrivals: To preserve the integrity of our schedule, your experience will begin and end at the designated time. If a guest is delayed, the session duration may be shortened accordingly to respect subsequent reservations, while the full service fee will still apply. A maximum grace period of 15 minutes is allotted. 

5. Right of Refusal & Safety: ACUATROMANOS reserves the right to deny or terminate service immediately if a therapist deems the environment unsafe, unhygienic, or if a guest exhibits inappropriate, disrespectful, or intoxicated behavior. In such rare instances, the service will be canceled without a refund. 

Health & Medical Conditions 

For your safety, any medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, or pregnancies must be disclosed at the time of booking. ACUATROMANOS cannot be held liable for undisclosed health conditions that may interfere with the safety of the treatment. 

Massage is contraindicated for people with any of this health disorder: Acute inflammation, acute infectious process, infectious or contagious skin disease, cancer and tumors, varicose veins, recent bone fracture, hemorrhage, fever, open wounds, acute phases of rheumatic diseases, skin burns, uncompensated cardiopathies, muscle tears, degenerative muscle diseases, acute kidney failure. Please, inform your therapist about any medical condition we should be aware of.

ACUATROMANOS operates under a strict code of professional ethics. Our therapists are elite practitioners dedicated to the art of healing; as such, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding any conduct that deviates from a purely therapeutic and professional interaction.

Limitations of Liability: It is important to note that ACUATROMANOS operates on third-party platforms such as Google services for its functionality. We cannot assume responsibility for the privacy policies of these external platforms. However, we can assure you that we implement appropriate security measures within our jurisdiction to protect your information.
